Well a couple of weeks ago we were presented with the task of revamping the Mohawk College website , which is the school I go to. Well here is a splashpage and a home page I did and i'm currently working on fixing the other pages.

On my jpurney of trying to find some new things to blog about I stumbled across this product called the Big Daddy Driver. It looks like a huge golf club but it is actually a weed wacker. It fits inside of a golf bag, if your bll lands in the rough you could pull this out and clear a spot around it to get a better shot! Click here to read more.

okay here's an ad about "the Fresher" a 52 page guide. I really relate to what they mention in the ad, except for the beans. The ad is a little quirky but its that U.K. sense of humour.

This is a first!

Well I have finally decided to put up some of my own work. It's a little nerve racking but i have a link on the side to my online portfolio so I guess you could check it out whenever you want. So here it goes.
The client is a winter travel desintation, so when it's winter most people like to go somewhere warm. The Bahamas. The challenge was that each ad had to have a separate target. The first one is a Busboard targeted towards singles. The second is a transit shelter targeting thrill seekers. And lastly, it is billboard targeting families. As you can tell the targets are different and this was a great challenge for us (us meaning myself and my partner in crime Erica). Let me know what you think.

So as i was talking about in my last post, the superbowl was on Sunday. I watched several of the commericals on youtube and out of them all i think this is the best one.

Well today is the Superbowl. This is when the best commercials with the highest budgets are suppose to be shown today. Unfortunetly for us Canadians we dont get to see those spectactular commercials, later when the big game is over we can all hudle around the computer and switch the url to youtube and watch this big budget commericals and hopefull not be disappointed.

My BIG Future!

Okay so I somehow I managed to get an interview for my internship, which is on Monday (ahhh so nervous by the way). As I was preparing for the interview and researching their site I came across the careers section so i clicked on it which led me to another site . If you go through it it tells you exactly what you need to know and what an agency is looking for. I highly recommend you check it out!
